We've all been on contest field days where the food can at times be less than great, In our group I usually do the cooking with the trusty old BBQ, So I thought I would put some of the recipes I use onto paper, this ended up snowballing as these things tend to do, so now after several weeks of writing, deleting, rewriting, editing, re-editing, formatting, going back to start again and generally tearing my hair out, it is finally done and in print, so how do you do your field day cooking?.
Oh and if you fancy a look at the book the link is below.

We have a guy that brings a commercial type smoker over and cooks all kinds of links and stuff.  Works out well for us.

We designate types of dishes that we ask people to bring to pass while the meat (burgers, dogs, polish sausage, etc.) are cooked on a grill.  Corn on the cob and other veggies are also done on the grill.

Best regards,

At last A Dot of Butter and a Dash of Spice is available online from lulu.com and is on amazon, the shop tab on ham radio nation also works,
I've updated the book just a tad and added a Metric to US conversion table, please take a look let me know what you think, There's a copy on its way to the ARRL for review also being reviewed in Practial Wireless here in the UK I'm also hoping for a review in Radcom.
