I operate an Experimental Beacon on 10133.56 kHz.  The out put is about 200Mw and the

Antenna is a inverted V up about 25 ft.  The beacon has a 17 amp- hr battery that is charged

with a solar panel.  The beacon demonstrates that beacons running less then

1 watt output can be heard.  The beacon is homebrew.  I am hoping that others

will experiment with homebrew beacons that are of QRPP

power levels.  I find copying weak signals are a lot of fun.  Perhaps you will also.
